If you’re looking for another lesbian show that’s supposed to be set in an American city but is filmed almost entirely in Vancouver, you are in luck. Tonight is the premiere of Logo’s new lesbian series, “Exes and Ohs.” Based on the short film about lesbian rules by actress/writer/producer Michelle Paradise, the six-episode series is a comical look at stereotypical Seattle lesbian life. It stars a cast of Marnie Alton, Heather Matarazzo, Megan Cavanaugh, and Paradise herself, and has been buzzed about for over a year. It’s for fans of “The L Word” that prefer laughing to crying, and quirky romance to Shane sex scenes, or lesbians that hate “The L Word” but like real gay women.
If you’re without Logo, the episodes will be available on iTunes. You can even download the pilot for free, and decide which name for a hangout is worse: The Planet or The Beaver Cafe.
