… goes to Miranda July. Her short story collection, No One Belongs Here More Than You (which includes an amazing story about a bisexual couple’s relocation to Portland and subsequent break-up) is now available in paperback, but don’t let us tell you. Let her. It’s much more entertaining.

Sia’s new video is seriously awesome

What could make Sia’s song “The Girl You Lost to Cocaine” even better than it already is? A hilarious video that has the Australian pixie blonde playing several different characters, including a soccer mom, a hooker, and Strawberry Shortcake. Seriously.

Jackie Warner and Co. are coming back into your living room to kick your ass. The third season of “Work Out” airs tonight. If you’ve never been inspired to do some tricep presses while watching tv, this show could be the one to change that. Besides, it’s almost tank top season (though for some, it always is).

But before “Work Out” premieres tonight (on Bravo at 10 p.m.), catch the live season finale of “Biggest Loser,” (on NBC from 7-9 p.m.) who’s equally fit trainer Jillian Michaels has been linked to Warner as a former “partner.” It’s unclear whether that means just as a one-time co-owner of Warner’s Sky Sport Spa or if Michaels is, in fact, on our team too (we’ve been thinking yes. Duh, why else watch the show? Besides the motivation and whatnot…)

A different kind of Juno, featuring Tegan Quin

The USA has the Grammy’s, and Canada has the Juno Awards. Tegan and Sara’s The Con was nominated for alternative album of the year but lost at the award show this weekend. However, a sick and solo Tegan played as part of “The Songwriters Circle” for the Juno celebration, and luckily, a fan uploaded audio of her describing songs about MySpace and giving foreign interviews to harsh German reporters. A must for fans (aka all of you.)

 

Tyra Banks won’t give Kim Stolz her cell number

Tyra Banks appears to be pissed that former ANTP contestant Kim Stolz chose to attend her FIERCEE Awards as a repoter for MTV News instead of a former participant. Or she could be pissed Kim asks the other models if they use any of their photos from the show in their current portfolio (they don’t.)

Dita Von Teese has a “lesbian past”

Dita Von Teese has become famous for being a burlesque star and was married to Marilyn Manson. Now, her “lesbian porn past” has come out, clearly making her the most scandalous person the Bible Belt could imagine. We think it’s hilarious–and aren’t that surprised.

According to The Sun:

Explicit clips of the 35-year-old being spanked and pleasured with a bizarre sex toy by women have emerged online.

It is a blow to Wonderbra who only launched her as the new face of their famous push-up bra last month.

They hoped Dita — real name Heather Sweet — would enhance the company’s clean-cut image by designing her own limited edition collection.

There are no comments from Wonderbra yet, but what would they expect? She’s a burlesque star, duh. Lesbians are basically keeping burlesque alive. They also happen to buy bras.
